Exemption statement

All visual content on AmorLink is generated by artificial intelligence. It does not depict actual human beings, and no real person has engaged in any conduct in its production.

Because the content contains no depictions of actual humans engaged in actual conduct, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to it. We publish this statement so that our position is on the record rather than inferred.

What that means in practice

Every companion on this service is fictional. Names, faces, biographies and voices are invented or synthesised; none is a real person, and none is intended to represent one.

Users can generate images and video of these fictional companions. Those outputs are likewise synthetic, produced by models from a text description.

We do not host user-uploaded photographs or video of real people, and we do not offer a way to upload them.

Real people and likeness

Creating content that depicts a real, identifiable person — public figure or private individual — is prohibited by our acceptable use policy, and prompts attempting it are refused.

If you believe generated content resembles a real person, tell us through the content removal process. We remove on report rather than requiring proof of likeness.

Minors

Content sexualising minors is prohibited absolutely and is impossible to request: every generation prompt is screened before any image is produced, and prompts assessed as depicting a minor are refused and recorded.

This applies regardless of the content being synthetic. Where the law treats synthetic material of this kind as unlawful, so do we, and we report it.
